With the exception of a few tissues, your body is almost entirely brand new every year. That means all the cells and tissues are constantly replacing themselves. If we were doing everything we could do to be healthy all year it would be difficult to accrue any long term issues.
If you have a recurrent problem lasting more than one year whether it be pain, disease, or dysfunction it might be time to look into treatments that address the problem itself. Conservative treatments including introduction of a proper diet and exercise with behavioral modification can improve any outcome concerning chronic issues.
In addition, physical, mental, and emotional stresses can effect your body as a whole. It is important to have a healthy checkup with a chiropractor or other wellness physician in order to stay on track over the course of the year.
If you haven't been in awhile this month would be a good time to start off healthy.
