Dr. D's Healthy Chili

Ingredients:

1lb. Ground Turkey

1/2 yellow onion

1 jalapeno

6 cloves of garlic

1 can red beans or chili beans

1/2 can tomato sauce

2+ Tbsp cumin (the plus means I never measure and think it might be more or less)

1+ Tbsp chili powder

1+ Tbsp brown sugar

1/2 bottle ale (real beer not light beer)

Couple dashes Worcestershire Sauce

Dash crush red pepper

Dash cayenne pepper

Salt and Pepper

Brown meat with chopped onions and jalepeno.  Place in slow cooker or large pot on low.  Combine all ingredients and cook until the house smells amazing.  Test for salt and pepper. 

 Serves 4

This will be spicy.  For everyone who eats chili mild they really haven't had chili.
